Courses are often open to both undergraduate and graduate students, and actively contribute to Vanderbilt&#8217;s goal of innovative trans-institutional teaching and critical multicultural learning.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Profs. McKay and Gonzales co-taught <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vanderbilt.edu\/strategicplan\/undergraduate-residential-education\/universitycourses-2016-17\/the_nations_health.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Nation&#8217;s Health: From Policy to Practice<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Prof. Carpenter taught <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vanderbilt.edu\/strategicplan\/undergraduate-residential-education\/universitycourses-2018\/lgbtq_publc_policies.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Causes and Consequences of LGBT Public Policies<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Prof. Clark taught a course titled &#8220;LGBTQ Health Disparities&#8221; during Fall Semester 2021-2023<\/li>\n<li>Prof. Gonzales will teach a Vanderbilt Visions program for first-year undergraduates Fall 2021<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Training &amp; Mentorship<\/h2>\n<p>Undergraduate students, graduate students, and early career professionals have access to trans-institutional training and mentorship opportunities such as research immersions, practicums, and post-doctoral fellowships.
