Visitor parking is powered by ParkMobile and offers contactless payment options for convenient campus access. Parking rates are $4 per hour.
Visitors may pay for parking by:

A transaction fee may apply to mobile payment transactions, including parking extensions.
Department-Hosted Visitors
Departments hosting campus visitors, consultants or vendors may arrange parking accommodations through Parking and Commuter Services.Ìý
Depending on the visitor’s role and duration of stay, departments may coordinate visitor parking or purchase vendor permits for eligible individuals.Ìý

Student Guest Parking
Hosting a guest on campus this weekend? Vanderbilt Parking and Commuter Services offers free, limited guest parking for eligible undergraduate students living on campus.
Student guest parking allows a visitor's vehicle to remain on campus during approved weekend visitation periods. All requests must be submitted and approved before the guest arrives on campus.
Eligibility
- Available only to undergraduate students who live on campus.
- Limited to one guest vehicle per student, per weekend.
- The sponsoring student is responsible for the conduct of their guest and any parking citations, damage, fees, or other costs associated with the guest vehicle.
Parking Dates and Times
Guest parking is available on weekends only:
- Begins: Friday at 2:30 p.m.
- Ends: Monday at 7:00 a.m.
Vehicles remaining on campus after 7:00 a.m. Monday may be cited, with fines billed to the sponsoring student.
How to Request Guest Parking
Students must submit a guest parking request at least 24 hours before their guest arrives on campus. Requests are not automatically approved and must be reviewed by Vanderbilt Parking and Commuter Services before the guest may park on campus.
When submitting a request, you'll need:
- Your Vanderbilt contact information
- Guest name
- Arrival and departure dates
- Vehicle make, model, year, color, and license plate information
- Preferred parking location

Guest parking may be requested in one of the following locations, subject to availability:
- Terrace Place Garage (Zone 2)
- Wesley Place Garage (Zone 6)
- 25th Avenue Garage (Zone 12)
